Fantastic service. They did a complete rebuild on my engine and its working great. Customer service was excellent and they were transparent throughout the experience, as well as being very honest and fair with pricing. After the rebuild, I had a few lights flash up in the car and they very kindly ran a diagnostic free of charge (nothing to do with their work). It's great to find a garage that you feel you can trust and that knows what they're doing. Would highly recommend

My car without warning snapped it's camchain causing extensive damage to the engine. The main dealer couldn't even look at it for 6 weeks and as it is a working car this wasn't an option. Fortunately LDN took it in straight away and knowing that I needed it quick and got it done quickly. Communication throughout was great and when I picked it up they were happy to show me the very large collection of very broken parts that came from the engine. This was not a simple job by any stretch of the imagination and takes genuine skill and experience to do especially in the time it took. I am really happy with the result and equally happy to recommend LDN no matter how big or complicated the job.

I would 100% recommend this garage! After months of problems with my car and back and forths with other garages, I was recommended Ilhan at LDN Auto Services Ltd and honestly I couldn't be more thankful. Ilhan is so knowledgeable and was determined to find the route cause of the problem. My car is finally running as it should be and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to Ilhan and his team for all their hard work and dedication, I'm really grateful. You've gained a customer for life!

I was taken to LDN by the AA a few days ago as my “usual” garage had the typical 2-3 week waiting time. Upon arrival, staff told me they'd take care of me, and they did! Clearly very knowledgable gents working here who took the time to be honest and explain things to me. Even when we came back the next day with a concern, they were quick, courteous, explained things clearly and gave excellent customer service. I now have my car back on the road! Highly recommend!

Great mechanics. Brought my car in as water pump was leaking and although they were busy and told me it would be about a week they managed to replace my water pump, cam belt and give car a full service all in a couple of days and at a very good price compared to the other quotes I received in the braintree area. Thank you

Servicing & MOT
Real feedback from customers who came to us for servicing & mot.

Booked through Fixter, but this garage really delivered on their promise. They collected my car on time and kept me updated about any work that needed doing. The guy who picked it up was really polite and easy to chat to. I'll definitely be using them again when my MOT's due or if I need any other work done. Just shows how smaller independent garages really do go that extra mile compared to the big ones.

Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Not my local garage but if I lived near by it would be! Got towed here by RAC as it was the closest garage and although it was a big issue, they did an excellent job and made sure I got my car back before Easter weekend. Even coming in on Good Friday to allow me to collect my car! Can't fault the service, highly recommend!

Wanted to give a big thanks to Leon, helped me out with a major problem with my car when he was driving by, and I didn’t see the dip on the side in a country lane. Thought I was screwed, and Leon pulled over and very quickly got me out of trouble,
